These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Zero⁺ / TruTed services, website, and any engagement between us. By working with us, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
Zero⁺ provides strategic media, marketing, production, branding, and software services. The scope of each engagement is defined in a written proposal, agreement, or approved statement of work. Any work outside the agreed scope requires written approval.
Services may be delivered as project-based, subscription/retainer, or hybrid engagements. Timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities vary per model and are agreed upon before work begins.
Fees are agreed upon in advance. Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may pause work, delay delivery, or terminate the engagement. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, assets, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing inputs or approvals may impact timelines and outcomes.
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final approved deliverables, unless otherwise stated. Zero⁺ retains the right to showcase work for portfolio, marketing, and case-study purposes unless restricted by written agreement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
While we operate with intent and high standards, Zero⁺ does not guarantee specific performance results (e.g. sales, reach, revenue). Outcomes depend on market conditions, client decisions, and external platforms beyond our control.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice according to the agreed terms. Outstanding fees remain payable. Delivered work up to termination remains the property of Zero⁺ until paid in full.
Zero⁺ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions in which Zero⁺ operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through lawful and professional means.
